HD Expo is almost here, and now’s the time to lock in your plans. Be sure to review your onsite rebooking appointment in the schedule below and confirm your time to secure your space for 2027. The mobile app is also live—download it to start browsing attendees and setting up meetings now so you can make the most of your time on-site.

As a current exhibitor, you’re eligible for priority booth selection during onsite space selection at this year’s show—where the best locations and lowest rates are secured. Be sure to review your scheduled appointment time and come prepared to select your space, lock in the renewal reward rate of $62.75 per square foot, and submit your 10% deposit (max $3,000) via credit card or ACH. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, simply let us know and our team will select a booth aligned with your needs and follow up with your contract.
Download the HD Expo App to request meetings, explore the conference agenda, navigate the show, and access leads post-show. All exhibitors will need the app to scan attendee badges and capture leads onsite. Please note that you must be registered to use the app, and lead scanning will be available beginning May 3rd.

Freeman Exhibitor Support will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and labels in advance. Complete the Outbound Shipping form and your paperwork will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when planning for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show.
